I have sent Power of Attorney and Death Certificate via fax to US Bank on -/-/2015 and -/-/2015 so that I can address fraudulent charges on the US Bank Credit card that my parents used until my mother 's death on - -, 2015. Every time I call them they transfer me around and state that they did n't get the materials. This has been going on for over 3 weeks now. I would like to be able to speak with the fraud department to deal with the fraudulent activity and then to close the account. - - : - -, KY -Phone : -
