This issue has been going on for 5+ years and no one from the company has attempted to help me with the issue and it is messing up my credit because Solomon and Solomon ( collection agency ) is constantly reporting me to the credit bureaus. The debt is now paid plus legal fees have also been paid. My wages are still being garnished - - full paychecks past what I owe. I called Solomon & Solomon, PC. They said they would stop the garnishment, but they have not. I do not know what course of action to take to make this stop and get my overpayment back.
