Hi based on Bank of America overdraft fee class action lawsuit, I was not refunded for the overdraft fee that they charged me on 3 months in a row back on - for -, - and - and a late fee for - -, each of them in the amount of $35.00. It was only - late fee that should be waived as I know other credit cards are offering to their customer. I was their customer since -, on - I proved enough for my loyalty besides them.
