Flagstar bank did not pay my home owners insurance from escrow account for 2014. The only way I found that out, having to file a claim on house damage. Instead of assisting to get the damage fixed, they assigned me forced insurance, and I have been denied from their insurance company, while I would have had it taken care of with my original insurance company. Now, no one will answer e-mail or phone calls and my house has - of dollars in damage.
