When speaking to Monterey Financial Services, they would not send documentation of what this debt is for. I sent a letter to Monterey Financial Services on - -/-/- and it was returned with no forwarding address. When I spoke to Monterey again, they would not give me an address to correspond with them. They stated I have to pay this money in order to get any information. They did not care that the company I originally contracted with, - - -, went out of business -/-/- ; therefore, there was no service provided for the debt they were trying to collect.
