I received a call from a person who did not identify them self or the company they worked for and informed me, that I owed - - money for a credit card. I informed the person on the line that, I have never had a - credit card and that- if I was to pay the card she must provide me with some proof that I owed that money. I was informed that I opened the card in -/-/- and must make arrangements to pay or I would be taken to court for the payment. I responded, I have never had an - credit card. I do not know who you are and what company you are calling from. If you want to get any money from me send something in writing or take me to court. Because, I know I have never had a - credit card. '' I had not heard nor received any thing from this person who did not identify herself or the company she was representing until. I was served with a court summon that I was being sued by - as Bank of assignee of Bank of America Card Services, NA./FIA


The original bill of sale was from Bank of America to FIA card Services, N.A 4 ) The - bill of sale was to -. 5 ) - has no documents with my signature proving that this is a valid bill that belongs to me in the court documents filed. They purchased the loan -/-/-. Why has it taken 3 years to contact me regarding a bill that they say I owe. I have received no correspondence from this agency regarding this bill. I have had the same phone number for the last 4 years. 6 ) This bill was sold and purchased in Delaware, I am not sure if they are legally able to operate in the state of Georgia.
