I am writing this complaint against BANK OF AMERICA , N.A . ( hereinafter BOA ) for continually violating the Homeowner bill of rights statute. On - -, 2015 a letter was sent from someone by the name of - - ( - - ). I have a point of contact established pursuant to the statute CCP 2923.7 by the name of - -. I have requested information from my point of contact with no response from - -. I have delivered a letter via - certified mail article number - dated - -, 2015 to - - 's supervisor - - that was received and signed for on - -, 2015. There has been another letter dated - -, 2015 sent from - - making more unlawful and illegal threats to me. - - is not my point of contact according to the statute. I have requested - - supervisor - - to be my point of contact accordingly to statute CCP 2923.7 ( d ). I have attempted to call - - on more than one occasion leaving detailed voicemails on her voicemail. There has been no call back from - - or - - to present date. I have uploaded a declaration in support of this complaint. - - and BOA are proving an act to commit deceit, fraud, and concealment of an issue of material fact. Further BOA has sent a letter making a false statement by alleging BOA is satisfying the due diligence statute CCP 2423.5. I have uploaded this document from BOA to prove the false statements BOA is alleging so they can attempt to foreclose on my house they have no rights too.
