Balance transfer Ohio

I was offered a promotional balance transfer rate of 0 % APR for - months from Discover Card. I accepted the offer over the phone and transferred the amount of $2800.00 to my Discover Card. At no point was it clearly communicated that all other future transactions would be charged interest from the moment of the transaction until the monthly payment was made. I believe it was Discover 's intent to deceive me. When I called to ask them to fix what I believed to be a mistake they claimed that the terms of the balance transfer I had agreed to could not be changed and they would continue to charge interest daily on all of my purchases. Even though I have been paying the full amount of new purchases plus an extra $200.00 each month they are still charging interest.
