I received a bill in - year olds name for a surgery he had on -/-/2015. Im not sure how they put the bill in my sons name since im the person who filled out his paperwork. So I called them after getting the bill and informed them that my son is only - and that they need to put the bill in my name. I gave them all my information and the collector said that she would remove - name but she never did and I kept receiving collection calls for my son and each time they said they would correct the problem, In total I received - calls for my son who by the laws in - you can not collect or enter into a contract with a minor, So when they called today I talk to - who ask to speak to my son and told me it was a personal business matter. I asked the name of the Company and yes you guess it -. I then ask for the Manager ( - ) and told her that I was going to file a complaint if they do n't correct the billing and she laughed and hungup in my face. I then called back and spoke to someone - who said that she was correcting it. I then told her to send me a new bill showing the corrections
