Debt collection improper contact or sharing of info talked to a third party about my debt July 9, 2015 - I received a bill in - year olds name for a surgery he had on -/-/2015. Im not sure how they put the bill in my sons name since im the person who filled out his paperwork. So I called them after getting the bill and informed them that my son is only - and that they need to put the bill in my name. Debt collection cont'd attempts collect debt not owed debt is not mine July 7, 2015 - My - credit report indicates that Synerprise ( a collection agency ) reports that I have a $300.00 in collections. - reports that I do not owe this Bill. My insurance provider - - - reports that I do not owe this bill. - - ( original creditor ) reported that the billing was in error and that I am not liable for the bill. I had surgery while in the military and had an - surgery at a - hospital a few days later when I was -. The hospital messed up paperwork and I never got any bills then months later I was put into collection. After finding out I got my insurance to pay which they had no issue.
