Debt collection improper contact or sharing of info talked to a third party about my debt July 9, 2015 - I received a bill in - year olds name for a surgery he had on -/-/2015. Im not sure how they put the bill in my sons name since im the person who filled out his paperwork. So I called them after getting the bill and informed them that my son is only - and that they need to put the bill in my name.
