Credit card Taking/threatening an illegal action Threatened to sue on too old debt Illinois

The collection company by the name of MCM '' or Midland Credit Management , Inc. '' has been threatening to sue me for debt that is way past my states statute of limitations. I wrote them a letter to stop harassing me or I would take further action. They ignored me and sent me another letter. I am now contacting the CFPB for their assistance to help me get these leeches away from me.
