Disclosure verification of debt Right to dispute notice not received Florida

I received an alert on my credit profile showing a hard inquiry has hit my credit report from a business in - FL NCC. I have never received anything in the mail giving me a Chance as a consumer to dispute a debt or to prove me the debt is mine. This is unfair and unethical. This is a repeated pattern with all of the reviews I have read about this company. I contacted NCC immediately and they could n't not tell me anything. This has ruined my credit.
