FHA mortgage Settlement process and costs Florida

I was trying to modify my FHA loan, and the lender ( U.S. Bank National Association ) denied me base on insufficient down payment '' requirement. FHA does not require a down payment, since then they have tried to gain possession of my property. I have a court hearing tomorrow -/-/2015 in - to try to stop this injustice. This has been a great burden on me and my family.
