Continuation of CFPB complaint -Discover Card has now taken retaliation steps in regards to the complaint recently filed against them referenced above. After I filed the initial complaint, the company closed out my checking account which was in good standing. I am absolutely disgusted that the response to a consumer protection complaint is to further harass and take discriminatory action against the consumer. I sincerely hope that the CFPB can rectify this practice.
