Patenaude & Felix APC Debt collection department,

Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt is not mine California

I am being contacted by a law firm for a debt I do not owe. I have kindly ask this debt collector to verify the information according to the laws of consumers. I have requested the original documents and verify the information accordingly. They have not been able to. I was a victim of identity theft in which I reported this information to the FTC and credit bureaus. This debt collector is harassing me for debt I do not owe and wants me to enter into an agreement with them that I am not required to do by law.
