They said that they try to contact me on several occasion since 2009 and working on my behalf that is not true I never heard anything from the above debt collectors/ attorny till - - when they produced a judgment against me to - - and allegedly took - I have never signed any agreement with any of the above debt collectors or attorney. therefore I do not owe them a dime because they are third party ... |

I have sent this complaint to you about - and you have DONE NOTHING. Now they have sent this to a debt collector. I wrote them back with supporting documention which includes my FBI Victims Letters and the - banks that have released me from - fraudulent accounts in my name. I have kindly ask this debt collector to verify the information according to the laws of consumers. I have requested the original documents and verify the information accordingly. They have not been able to. I was a victim of identity theft in which I reported this information to the FTC and credit bureaus. This debt collector is harassing me for debt I do not owe and wants me to enter into an agreement with them that I am not required to do by law. ... |
