Patenaude & Felix APC Debt collection cont'd attempts collect debt not owed debt is not mine June 29, 2015 - This debt collector has been assigned to collect a debt for -/- that is involved in an FBI fraud investigation for a year and half now. I have sent this complaint to you about - and you have DONE NOTHING. Now they have sent this to a debt collector. I wrote them back with supporting documention which includes my FBI Victims Letters and the - banks that have released me from - fraudulent accounts in my name. Patenaude & Felix APC Debt collection cont'd attempts collect debt not owed debt is not mine June 26, 2015 - I am being contacted by a law firm for a debt I do not owe. I have kindly ask this debt collector to verify the information according to the laws of consumers. I have requested the original documents and verify the information accordingly. They have not been able to. I was a victim of identity theft in which I reported this information to the FTC and credit bureaus. This debt collector is harassing me for debt I do not owe and wants me to enter into an agreement with them that I am not required to do by law. ... |
