I escrow my homeowner 's insurance, which was due on -/-/2015.The check from my mortage company arrived -/-/2015. I had to pay $660.00 of my own money to keep the policy in effect ( which my insurance company will now refund me ). My morgage company ( - - - - uses - ) representatives have been very nasty and unhelpful. They claim that they never got a bill from - - - before -/-/2015. - - said that they sent bills on -/-/15, -/-/15, and again on -/-/15 which they then paid.
