We we prey as first time home buyers that were not represented at closing so did not fully understand any of it. No disclosures on the issues of the home. The loan was through - - and - who closed due to fraudulent loans and so our second payment ever was rejected back in 2009 the loan has transferred - and no they are foreclosing since we ca n't afford an attorney we are lost with no options. Except the fact the original loan was predatory. We would like to have a payment reduction and a chance to keep our home. Please help.. Are issue is consistent with all the following descriptors.
