Asset Acceptance is reporting the incorrect Date of First Delinquency for - accounts on my credit reports. They are reporting the dates of first delinquency as -/-/-. I have contacted the original creditor - - and have both verbally verified and now have physical proof that the date of first delinquency is -/-/-. I have contacted Asset Acceptance Corp. on numerous occasions and given them a chance to rectify this. I have contacted them personally and I have contacted them through and with customer service representatives from -, - and -. When I provided the proof to the representatives from the credit bureaus, they even agreed with me that Asset was reporting incorrect information. I am tired of going around in circles with them regarding this. It seems as this should have been corrected a long time ago. As a - veteran I do not need the additional stress that this has brought upon me! It has become obvious to me that Asset Acceptance operates under there own set of rules and does not care if they violate the FCRA.
