Credit card Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt is not mine Ohio

Received a phone message from Synchrony Bank concerning a debt on a Sam 's Credit Card. I called Sam 's member services and was transferred to a representative from Synchrony Bank. I explained to this person that I have never had a Sam 's Credit Card and that the debt was not mine. I answered a few Security questions and she asked if I had a relative with the same name. I indicated I had a - year old son with the same name. She told me to tell him to call them. This was on or about - -, 2015. Thus far the phone calls have been incessant. I have received - phone calls from this Company starting - - thru today - -. I have the exact times and dates of these calls if necessary. I want these calls to stop immediately and Synchrony Bank and/or Sam 's Club punished for this violation.
