Charged fees or interest I didn't expect Illinois

I was told their was - intial fiance fee of - they rest would be payments of - on a - loan so today would been last payment of - ... they took - and still said i owed - so i called and talked to them they were jerks to me, and said you get charge - fiance fee every - wks unless u make bigger payments!! That was not how it was explained to me when i called and asked questions..Im not paying them another cent they got their money plus some. how can they lie and get away like this.
