I received call from - to my cell phone at - on - -, 2015. The number is registered to Midland Credit Management. The caller refused to answer my repeated questions of Where are you calling from? '' What company are you with? '' After several refusals, they were going to transfer me. '' I believe this is fraudulent behavior as the FDCPA prevents them from place telephone calls to you without identifying the caller as a bill collector. ''
