I am the subject of a fraudulent marketing scam which charged my credit card, Capital One, for hundreds of dollars. I requested assistance from the credit card company who refused to assist me with the issue. I called the credit card company and they dropped my call. I then spoke with a supervisor at the credit card company who assured me that their specialists would call me the next day at a specified time which did not occur. The following day I spoke with a specialist '' who, after reading the notes on my credit card account, started off with unfortunately '', at which time I ended the call and cancelled the credit card.
