Credit monitoring or identity protection billing dispute

TransUnion Credit reporting department,

Credit monitoring or identity protection Billing dispute Texas

a manager of an apartment complex was trying to charge me - dollars after I paid my last utility bill all of my 12 months of rent were paid up in full and so were my utility bills. But when I was paying my last utility bill as I mentioned above he was assertively charging me the - dollars. In shock at the very outstanding amount I asked the manager why? and for what? The manager then replied that it was because I had kept the key to the apartment for four days, and that every apartment complex would have charged me the same amount for the key because it was a rule which in fact that statement is false. I told him I would agree to pay for the key if that were the case, but - dollars is not even reasonable for just a key. he asked me for my information as a forwarding address and I gave it to him saying he was going to send that amount for - to the collections dept. I told him that, that was illegal misrepresenting such information, such amount, and such barbarity. Once I talked to the debt collectors and

me, because I am the victim he was only trying to get fast and quick money from me but because he did not give me a real legal reason that day and moment as to why I owed him that amount other than blaming it on the key. the debt collectors are saying something completely different as well. they are saying that some is for unpaid utility bills for dirty rooms, unpaid rent etc ... etc ... which in fact are very false and fabricated. it has cause me much headache in these past few months because I started with - credit and only after 2 years I have - as my credit score, because of such false reclamations by this angry manager my credit is not as well as it potentially could be. it is not fair that because he has the authority and access to manipulate my credit in such way only because I would not give in to his greedy and blackmailing ways to tarnish my hard earned credit. the manager position in an apartment complex has a lot of responsibility and this man was not fair nor responsible in handling my business nor addressing any situation with me that day other than threatening me with my credit to give him - dollars for which I did n't know what it was going into nor what for. that is why I do not owe this ridiculous amount. he should be the one to pay the debt collectors for their time and hassle of coming to me with something they are taking as a delinquency and I know is a false blackmail strategy that affects me in one way or the other I am personally damaged and financially damaged because of this and I will not tolerate it anymore. I want to take the respective action to have this dispute resolved as soon as possible so I can move on in a positive manner with my credit and my financial stand point
