This debt has shown up on my credit report ( see attached communications ) It is not my debt and Ihave followed all the proper steps under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, 15 USC 169g Sec 809 ( b ). The collection agency has failed to respond and the debts still appear on all three credit bureaus as a collections debt. We were recently denied a mortgage loan due to these being erroneously placed on my credit reports.
