I have a us bank credit card that I make monthly payments and do n't use a lot.I went to go buy a new phone and my card was declined, I promptly called them and my card is in bankruptcy i have NEVER filled for bankruptcy nor do I EVER plan to. when I contact the card company i spoke with the bankruptcy department and they looked into the case they got in contact with with the lawyer that had the case for bankruptcy that the card was being held under And he told them that the ssn # was wrong and he did n't understand why they were contacting him since I was not his client he said its a case of mistaken identity and sent over all his info on the case he was handling to them. The card company looked it over and agreed i was told it was going to be overturned they just needed a supervisor approval. I said fine it has been - WEEKS and I have called multiple times and I keep getting the run around of his out to lunch, his in a meeting he is busy. My card is still in bankruptcy and I 'm still making payments on something I ca n't use they refuse to help me
