Credit card Taking/threatening an illegal action Threatened to sue on too old debt Florida

First of all, Asset Acceptance , LLC is trying to make me pay an account that I do n't remember. Their collector told me this debt started in -/-/- with another company. This date makes the debt beyond Florida statute and the seven-year credit history. The collector also said her company had this account since -/-/-. From -/-/--/-/-, no one has shown me the contract but this company had time to call my family asking about me after I mail a letter asking them not to call. They also refuse to show me the contract. The collector wants to tell me what on the contract in her words. I want to see it myself because she is the same collector that said she does n't know Florida 's time limit law. These are my disputes.
