I contacted - about a collection account on my credit report. I had no knowledge of this account and have never used -. I have never lived at the service address on file with -. I have never used - and have never set up an account with them. I asked them to provide any documentation verifying I was the one who set up the account and they could not because I was not the one who set this account up. They have no lease, no picture ID, no signature, and did not have my permission to set up an account in my name.
