I submitted a request for a modification review with my lender, Rushmore Loan management on -/-/2015. My authorized 3rd party and I spoke to them mulitiple times after this and they stated that they received the documents for the modification review, but they are denying it because they want to proceed with the foreclosure sale of the home on -/-/2015. Please help, I want to save my home!
