Amex Debt collection department,

Credit card Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt was paid Florida

- - - called to say if i paid of my debt within a certain time frame that American express would reinstate my credit card and that my credit would show an active account. They took my money and my credit report states my american express account was charged off negatively effecting my credit. They lied from the very - time they called and now when i call they cant access my account and the managers are always on break.
