I had a market and owed - - around - when I had to close the market in - -. I had paid the original invoice down from - -. In - an attorney started threatening me, and took me to court for the debt. I called -, but they had went out of business and - bought their inventory. - is the company trying to collect my old debt to -. Their attorney LLoyd McDaniel took me to court, but could not produce an invoice. I agreed to settle out of court, and pay - to - within one year. I sent - check to them and they cashed it but would n't adjust the amount, and send a receipt, or stay in contact with me. The attorney filed a garnishment on my old bank, but I have - assets, have a small - pension in ky of - monthly and the bank put -. They have now contacted - - Bank after filing another garnishment, and attached - to my wife 's cd, which is her back pay for ss -. Teller - - attached the lien without checking the cd to see that her money is exempt,

tried to send them another - dollars but they refused it because it was on my wife 's checking, but my wife gave me permission, I am her representative, and have to monitor the account for the ss administration so my name is on all our accounts as rep. We need help, we are both very sick, she has numerous - issues, and is now close to - due to having our little amount of ss benefits attached. I am suffering from -, and a - we - stay in the hospital with health problems..This company has been ruthless and has been using the district clerk in - - Ky. as their enforcement arm, even though we had a court signed agreement that I had until - - to pay the money. They are claiming several - more, did n't give me credit for my payment and I have the check where it was cashed by - 's. I only gave in on this because I have - when I leave the house, and I have to monitor my wife constantly because of her - state.
