I had paid the original invoice down from - -. In - an attorney started threatening me, and took me to court for the debt. I called -, but they had went out of business and - bought their inventory. - is the company trying to collect my old debt to -. Lloyd & McDaniel, PLC Debt collection disclosure verification of debt right to dispute notice not received April 11, 2015 - I received a letter of a debt owed to Lloyd & McDaniel. so I called to see what was the best route to go to repay the debt ( that I 'm still not a hundred percent sure how I got it ). We agreed that I would pay hundred dollars on the - of each month until the total amount was paid. After making the first payment I got a call from human resource at my job about a garnishment from this same company. Thinking there was a mistake I called Lloyd & McDaniel the debt collector to clear the issue up.
