Communication tactics Called after sent written cease of comm Illinois

I purchased my car through - Byrider in - 2013, financing it through CNAC. Immediately after purchasing the car the engine light came on. I did take the car to them to fix and had to pay for some of the repairs. The warranty does not last on the car and as soon as the warranty expired did the many problems arise. I believe this company takes advantage of customers with poor credit by giving them cars that has many hidden problems while giving them huge bi weekly payments ( I pay almost $500.00 a month ). I just got my car back from the mechanic about two weeks ago and he had it for almost a month. That means I had no way back and forth to work while still trying to keep up with my payments. The car has so many problems it is just a matter of time before it is undrivable - again. When completing the application for the vehicle, I gave them a list of people to contact as a reference and another short list to contact in case they are unable to contact me. Currently my car payment is four days late, I told

They are not using the list giving to them to contact if they were unable to get a hold of me. My father called me today extremely stressed getting these phone calls. I emailed my rep to let her know that my elderly father - ( among so many other health issues ) and that stress is the worst thing for -. I asked her why she would she contact him when we already had a discussion regarding me paying on Friday. I also informed her that he was not on the list to contact if she was not able to get a hold of me and to please not contact him again because of this. She told me that she will continue to contact him until I made my payment and would not stop unless he told her not to. It is not in my father 's nature to tell someone to stop calling him but most importantly it is against the agreement that they put forth, morally wrong, a form of harassment and elderly abuse.
