Barclays Credit Card Complaint

In -/-/-, I was purchasing a new MacBook Pro for my - through the online - -. I chose to finance, and they financed me through Barclay Card. The account was opened for the sole purpose of purchasing the computer, and no other transactions, aside from payments, have ever been made on this card. I opened the account at the exact same time I made the computer purchase. The total charge to the card was $2000.00. I have made my payments, almost always more than the minimum payment due and sometimes way more than the minimum due, on time, EVERY MONTH. Today my billing statement showed that I currently owe $2200.00, $100.00 MORE than I had initially charged on the card, over two years ago. I called customer service at Barclay on -/-/- and spoke with -. He stated that the reason for this is because I opened the card in -/-/- and did n't make the purchase until -/-/-, so it was not eligible at that point for the deferred interest promotion. I informed him that I made the purchase at the exact time I opened the account because that was what I opened it for. He said he would fix it, and I should see the changes reflected after the next - billing cycles. I sent an email complaint to their complain department, and I informed them, and -, that I will be filing a complaint for deceitful business practices. I then went online and looked up Barclay Card complaints, and there are a literal ton of them. I have absolutely ZERO faith that they will amend my account and fix this issue. - shows that the remaining balance owed should be $260.00. That 's a $1900.00 difference from what they are telling me I currently still owe. That is fraud.
