Bank of America Credit card department,
I was charged by Bank of America for $35.00 late payment charges - in the past - months. I understand I was late on the payment in - and -, but I still think $35.00 late payment charge is ridiculous. I contacted them multiple times and they said they could not waive the fees for me.
