Franklin Collection Services has been reporting on my credit reports for several years now. I have received some letters from them while back with some references to garnishing my wages and seize my bank account knowing that I get social security. I tole them before they cant take my bank account. Also they are collecting from -/-/- or -/-/- for $450.00 for a accunt for - which another company has been collecting as the same time. - owes me money ( and - of other consumers ) for fraudulenty adding false charges on their statements. There is a class action suit. I disputed tis Franklin Collection Services with credit bureaus and it keeps coming back as reported correctly. That s wrong. - told me to contact Franklin but they are not responding. Also I am an official ID Theft Victim.
