Franklin Collection Service, Inc. Debt collection false statements or representation indicated committed crime not paying April 8, 2015 - Franklin Collection Services has been reporting on my credit reports for several years now. I have received some letters from them while back with some references to garnishing my wages and seize my bank account knowing that I get social security. I tole them before they cant take my bank account. Also they are collecting from -/-/- or -/-/- for $450.00 for a accunt for - which another company has been collecting as the same time. - owes me money ( and - of other consumers ) for fraudulenty adding false charges on their statements.
