The fluctuating statements, as well verification that does not match up with amount owed show the inconsistencies associated with this account. The debt was previously with -., and discharged after they sent me verification that did not match up with the amount owed. I received notice from them that they will not pursue this debt any longer. I have received some letters from them while back with some references to garnishing my wages and seize my bank account knowing that I get social security. I tole them before they cant take my bank account.
