We are filing this complaint on behalf of our client who is seeking a short sale since -, 2014. We are the agents for this file. Since -, we have been working with consistent delays for processing this short sale through our first lien holder. Our - Lien holder had originally agreed to extend our short sale approval up until the day we lost the first buyer. Upon the re-review of the file for our substitute buyer, the - Lien holder-21st Mortgage- increased their required distribution to $6100.00. We advised the - lien that the first investor is - - and noted that $6000.00 is the max they will contribute. The - lien advised us that they will consider releasing the $190.00 difference as soon as we get the first approval in hand. Since we 've obtained the approval, the - Lien will not release the $190.00 and we are not able to provide a contribution by any other party - Per -- towards the remainder of the balance requested by the - Lien. This borrower has fully cooperated and is providing a cash contribution to - -. We are fully handcuffed into not being to resolve this small balance of $190.00 by any other means and therefore could ultimately force the foreclosure of this property. We are asking for help to either review this requirement of $190.00. If we are unable to resolve this home may go into Foreclosure.
