We did a short sale on the property and have submitted all the documents as requested. Unfortunately, the property went to foreclosure due to misunderstanding at the lender side. We submitted the documents to the case specialist assigned, who at a later stage left the company which was never notified to us. At a later stage, some one else reviewed the file and declined the short sale and pushed the file to foreclosure stating that the requested documents was absent while it was already in the case specialist inbox.
