PNC Bank Bank account or service department,

Checking account Problems caused by my funds being low District of Columbia

My banking institution, PNC Bank, initiated a debit memo from - account ( herein referred to as Acct - '' ) in order to fund my other account ( herein referred to as Acct - '' ) in order to bring Acct - closer to a positive balance. In that process, PNC Bank caused Acct - to go into overdraft for other transactions and charged - overdraft fees. Now - accounts have negative balances. I believe that this practice is unjust. I am attaching screenshots of Acct - and Acct - showing ( - ) the debit memo, posted transactions and overdraft fees in Acct - and ( - ) the debit memo credit posted on Acct -.
