Closing/Cancelling account Illinois
I was a visiting scholar 4 years ago in -. I had a - VISA Account and I closed it when I left - in -/-/-. This year, I came back to - again. However, when I saw my credit report today, according to -, I had a bad debt rating. I called - CARD, they told me that I had a $90.00 payment in -/-/-. How could it happen with a closed account? If there was a pending payment, how could I have not been notified? And how could this account be closed?
