Credit card Communication tactics Threatened to take legal action California

The Winn Law Group has contacted me regarding a - credit card debt that I had to stop paying on in 2009. The 4 year statute of limitations in the state of California has passed and they can no longer sue me yet they continue to call, mail and harass me.
