I want it to be noted that I dispute any responsibility for this debt, and I do not owe this. The fluctuating statements, as well verification that does not match up with amount owed show the inconsistencies associated with this account. The debt was previously with -., and discharged after they sent me verification that did not match up with the amount owed. I received notice from them that they will not pursue this debt any longer. That is when it ended up with FCSI, Inc. I have been having to deal with a debt that I have disputed. It keeps going to new collection agencies once a previous collection agency has stopped dealing with it after verification fails. I recently documents that supposedly verify the debt with FCSI, however, not a single - of the statements even matches the amount which Franklin is attempting to collect from me. Franklin says the debt of $190.00 was incurred -/-/15, as evidenced by the letter I included, but both statements from around that date both show different amounts that do not match this. I have included the - statements for - -, 2015 and - -, 2015, which are the closest to the date I am alleged to have accrued the balance of $190.00. I have also included - later statements from - -, 2015 and - -, 2015, which illustrate the way this debt has fluctuated by incredulous amounts. If this debt was valid, it does not make sense how the amounts could constantly change, and also not match the amounts which the debt collection agency has attempted to collect. I dispute this debt, as I have with previous collection agencies.
