The nurses offered us free flu shots. Everything was OK but later we receive the bill charged us $1500.00, - free flu shot turned into - different shots that we never received then the charge from another lady who was in hospital facility at - -, because she has the same name with my wife but different account number. I went down to member service show to them to complaint they recognize the errors but could not fix.!!! Later almost 2 year I receive my - health insurance payment. ... |

When I call to make payment the credit collectors say different amounts and will not take my $420.00 payment but want close to $3000.00. Most recently, I decided to call and speak with someone about getting these accounts taken care of. There was a delay because there was some accounts that they had that needed to be retracted/deleted by the original creditor. I ended up speaking with someone that gave me a total of a certain dollar amount over $700.00 to pay in order to settle the account for deletion. She gave me this option with either removing all interest or giving me a 25 % discount, which equated to almost the same total. She said this would ... |
