I paid the - up front then when we get into - facility at - - -. The nurses offered us free flu shots. Everything was OK but later we receive the bill charged us $1500.00, - free flu shot turned into - different shots that we never received then the charge from another lady who was in hospital facility at - -, because she has the same name with my wife but different account number. I went down to member service show to them to complaint they recognize the errors but could not fix.!!! Later almost 2 year I receive my - health insurance payment.
