General Service Bureau, Inc. Debt collection improper contact or sharing of info talked to a third party about my debt June 10, 2015 - General Service Bureau sent a collection letter with an amount owed by myself. An additional letter was also sent to my spouse who is not on my account. He is only listed as an emergency contact. The General Service Bureau sent the same collection letter addressed only to my husband with the same collection amount. In addition, to sending this letter they also called to speak with him about this debt. Once again, he is not on my health insurance account - nor is he provided access to my health bill information. I have copies of both letters that show - letter is addressed to me for $190.00... |
