Concord Servicing Corporation Debt collection improper contact or sharing of info contacted me after i asked not to May 20, 2016 - Previously I owed - timeshares with my ex-husband. Both are paid except the annual maintenance fees. In the divorce decree, I was awarded - and my ex-husband the other. My ex-husband has not paid the fees on his timeshare and now the company calls me and says I am legal responsible for the past due fees because they ca n't contact him. When I told them I was no longer responsible and it was spelled out in the divorce decree, the company apologized and asked me to send a copy of the decree.
